The Getting To Outcomes® Guide helps communities plan and improve emergency preparedness programs. It describes a ten-step process to assess needs, set goals, choose effective methods, and evaluate results. The guide includes tools and examples for each step to make it easier for users. Community Emergency Preparedness (CEP) programs aim to teach people how to be ready for disasters by having supplies like food and water or an evacuation plan.
