This training seeks to help emergency medical services, home health nurses, and families care for children with medical complexities at home. The training has three modules: an introduction to complex care needs, preparing for the first day home, and being ready for emergencies. It aims to build confidence, improve teamwork and communication during emergencies, support smooth hospital-to-home transitions, and help families feel prepared.
