This article examines the challenges nurses face when responding to disasters. Nurses often deal with a lack of resources, not enough training, and emotional stress during emergencies. They may also have trouble communicating and working with other teams. The study suggests that better planning, more support, and extra training can help nurses do their jobs better in disaster situations.
