This short communication looks at new prevention strategies, such as the maternal RSVpreF vaccine and nirsevimab monoclonal antibody for prevention of RSV among infants. It evaluated immunization coverage during the 2023–24 RSV season in Wisconsin. Results showed that only 36.2% of infants were protected from RSV, indicating the need for better efforts to increase access to these preventive products and protect more infants.
