About
This study looked at the disaster preparedness of early childhood teachers in Korea and how it was affected by their self-efficacy, resilience, disaster awareness, COVID-19 stress, and work-related stress. Results showed that full-time teachers and directors are better prepared than part-time or less experienced staff. Resilience and work-related disaster preparedness were key factors in general disaster readiness. This highlights the need for more training to boost teachers' confidence and ability to handle emergencies effectively, which is crucial for protecting children during disasters.
