About
This technical report describes the JumpSTART simulation curriculum as used for secondary triage in an emergency department setting. A fictional scenario was created which included an earthquake and mass casualty incidents (MCIs) involving children. Following the simulation sessions, the participants were surveyed about their experience and provided strong positive feedback. This approach aims to enhance preparedness and response in real-life situations involving children during disasters or accidents.
