This study examined the experiences of different types of vaccine providers during a public health emergency, specifically focusing on the administration of pandemic vaccines. Pharmacists showed higher patient volumes and broad community reach compared to other providers. They relied more on federal sources for information and expressed a desire for better communication with local health departments. Efforts to enhance communication between public health agencies and various vaccine providers could improve preparedness and emergency response capabilities.
