This article discusses a simulation-based workshop conducted for advanced learners in Pediatric Emergency Medicine, critical care, and pediatric surgery. The workshop aimed to assess the impact of experiential learning on their knowledge and confidence in managing disaster responses. Results showed that the simulation workshop significantly increased learners' perceived ability to handle patients during disasters, while also highlighting areas for improvement. Overall, the learners found the experiential learning activity valuable and believed it improved their disaster response capabilities, with sustained confidence even six months later.
