About
This study focused on pediatric disaster preparedness training at a children's hospital in Los Angeles, California. Medical and non-medical staff participated in an online course with modules on planning, triage, age-specific care, disaster management, and emergency response. Results showed that both groups improved their knowledge scores with each attempt. While medical staff initially scored higher, non-medical staff showed significant improvement over multiple attempts in certain modules. Conclusions show that both groups can enhance their knowledge through online training.
