The expert-developed checklist prioritized skills like thermoregulation, documentation, infection control, respiratory support, and monitoring. Equipment importance ratings ranged from 1.6 (low for breast pump) to 6.9 (high for face mask). Experts emphasized mastering physiological skills for all nurses and suggested disaster training include essential equipment and skills checklists. Advanced training should cover decision-making, communication in emergencies, and anticipating future needs for effective evacuation support.
