This article describes ongoing simulation activities conducted at a Lebanese tertiary care academic center to prepare staff for COVID-19 pandemic challenges. Daily in situ simulations involve small teams in various units, with assessments using specific tools. Results show overall improvement in scores and positive feedback from participants. Identified safety threats include issues with infection control, oxygen supplementation guidelines, leadership, and communication. This intervention helps recognize and address potential problems before they affect patient care.
