The study analyzes factors such as work setting, years of practice, and urban practice influencing self-reported competency improvement. Results show a significant association between these factors and enhanced competence in airway management and patient care. The research highlights the importance of tailored training programs for different healthcare provider groups and emphasizes the need for comprehensive education to prepare for burn disasters effectively.
