This exercise plan template, devised from the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP), has been designed to assist exercise planners at community health centers perform live functional and full-scale exercises with patient influx or management as recommended by the Joint Commission Emergency Management chapter for ambulatory care centers. This exercise plan has been designed to help planners design an exercise to test their capabilities, plans, and human resources using a scenario that has been repeatedly identified from numerous hazard vulnerability analyses as a hazard to community health centers.
