About

This study investigated the state of pandemic influenza planning for obstetrical patients among Council of Women's and Infants' Specialty Hospitals (CWISH) hospitals and identified issues in preparedness efforts. Noteworthy challenges include staff and supply coordination, ethical distribution of limited medical resources, and coordination with government agencies. The study aims to share information among hospitals and improve care during future pandemics, especially for pregnant women and newborns.
