About
This report presents findings for COVID-19-associated deaths of parents and caregivers (April 2020 - June 2021) for the United States overall and every state individually, disaggregated for Hispanic and non-Hispanic populations, including White, Black, Asian, and American Indian and/or Alaska Native populations. The study emphasizes the need for support systems like kinship care and foster care to help these children. It also calls for equitable vaccine access to prevent further losses. This resource is related to a PPN podcast titled "The Kids are Alright."
