PEM SIM Cases is a simulation curriculum created for the Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship program at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. It is utilized by faculty, pediatric and emergency medicine residents, and pediatric clerkship students in simulation center and pediatric emergency department settings at Bellevue Hospital Center and the Kids of NYU Emergency Department. These cases address common and rare scenarios, emphasizing crucial diagnostic and management approaches for critically ill or injured children, alongside leadership and team communication skills.
