Participants in this simulation are expected to learn and apply various skills related to neonatal resuscitation, patient evaluation, umbilical line placement, history taking, diagnosis explanation, teamwork, communication, and transfer organization. They are also required to elicit team assistance, alert for high-risk deliveries, utilize appropriate equipment, identify neonatal distress symptoms, communicate with consultants, and inform parents about critical care needs. The simulation aims to enhance participants' abilities in practical applications, critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and organization for the optimal care and management of critically ill neonates.
