Learning objectives include recognizing shock symptoms, evaluating critically ill patients, forming differential diagnoses, interpreting myocarditis signs, and managing cardiogenic shock. Participants practice teamwork, communication, and caregiver interaction. Critical actions involve assembling a team promptly, assigning roles, assessing the patient, providing oxygen, monitoring cardiac activity, obtaining IV access, taking a focused history, performing exams, ordering tests, administering inotropic agents, consulting specialists, and transferring care. The simulation emphasizes quick and effective responses to pediatric emergencies, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
