This report explores how 43 OECD/EU countries are doing in providing healthy environments for children. It describes issues like clean water, good air quality, safe homes, and access to green play spaces. Wealth does not always mean a healthy environment; many children live in unhealthy conditions that harm their well-being. Over-consumption in rich countries also damages children's environments worldwide. The report calls on governments, policymakers, businesses, and others to follow policy recommendations to ensure all children have safe and healthy places to live.
