About

This white paper addresses everyday disaster and emergency preparedness capabilities. This White Paper describes the 4-phase measurement plan developed by the Regional Metrics workgroup: Phase 1: Select key domains that will help a health care coalition understand the infrastructures and support mechanisms that exist for children within a specified region; Phase 2: Conduct a literature search for quality measures that align with each key domain; Phase 3: Assess the feasibility to collect data for each quality measure (iterative process); Phase 4: Build consensus among key stakeholders to proceed with pilot phase of data collection.
