Community Partnership Guide for Engaging with Academic Researchers
Access Resources
About
The Community Partnership Guide for Engaging with Academic Researchers describes the Integrating Special Populations (ISP) program. ISP aims to involve more children, youth, and older adults from diverse backgrounds in research. It works with the Seattle Children’s Center for Diversity & Health Equity and a community advisory council to remove barriers and create strategies for better access. The program offers services and training to help researchers work with diverse groups. It also connects community organizations interested in research with academic partners through its Community Engagement program at ITHS.
