The leadership core team for the literature review is: Cullen Clark, MD; Hazel Jeong, MD; Christopher Wright, MD; Brandon Kappy, MD; Dennis Ren, MD; Elizabeth Hewett Brumberg, MD; Caroline Stephens, MD; Sarita Chung, MD; Nathan Timm, MD; Rachel Stanley, MD;  Susi Miller, MLIS; Sara Helwig, MS; April Parish, BS.
